They're designed to fill a small gap at the heel, which is ideal for shoes that are a half size big or have stretched over time. For larger gaps, try them out first, or pair them with a ball-of-foot insert.
What kinds of shoes do they work in?

How do I put them in?
Clean and dry the inside of the shoe. Peel off the backing, position the liner where your heel touches the back of the shoe, and press firmly.
Will they be visible?
They sit inside the back of the shoe, where they're mostly hidden. The apricot color blends with nude and light linings.
Can I move them to another pair?
The adhesive is designed to stay put, so removing a liner may weaken its grip. Plan on one liner per shoe.
